Custom Home Costs:

Many factors and variables go into determining the cost of building your home. Landmark will help determine the best way to cost engineer your home to keep you in your budget while ensuring you get all of the key elements you desire.

We use our experience to guide you through the design and selection process to ensure your resources are allocated for things and areas that are going to have the best impact.

During our initial consultation or receiving your “New Build Questionnaire”, Landmark can provide a general estimate. However, the final cost will be determined after the final stamped engineered drawings of your home are received.

Allowances:

The Landmark agreement to build your home will include an “Allowance” for categories that can have a range of costs based on your selections i.e. Cabinets, Appliances, Flooring, Countertops, Pool, etc. The “Allowance amount will be determined based on the square footage and current cost of a standard high quality material or design. You can then choose to save money or spend more depending on your personal preferences.

Timing:

Our goal is to have your home built as quickly as possible. The time to build largely depends on the size of the home. Once we receive your permit to start from the County, Landmark will immediately start preparing your lot and scheduling our trades. We can provide a more accurate time estimate after our initial consultation.

If you are designing your own home then you should add three to six months for the design process and to receive the permit from the County.
